Who we are
綠色建筑&建筑工業(yè)化智庫(kù)是由綠色建筑和建筑工業(yè)化領(lǐng)域?qū)I(yè)人士組成的國(guó)際性學(xué)術(shù)及產(chǎn)業(yè)智庫(kù)。其目的是作為中外綠色建筑和建筑工業(yè)化領(lǐng)域權(quán)威專(zhuān)家和建筑業(yè)內(nèi)精英交流思想、實(shí)現(xiàn)合作的平臺(tái)；就中國(guó)和世界面臨的建筑環(huán)境問(wèn)題進(jìn)行深入和持續(xù)的討論；收集專(zhuān)家對(duì)中國(guó)建筑業(yè)的減碳和可持續(xù)發(fā)展的建議；并與世界其他地區(qū)分享經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
我們匯集了世界各地建筑領(lǐng)域眾多優(yōu)秀的專(zhuān)家、學(xué)者和工程技術(shù)人員。
China Green Building & Industrialization Think Tank is an international academic and industrial think tank constituted by the professionals of Green Building & Industrialization. Its purpose is to serve as a platform for the exchange of ideas and achievement of cooperation among Chinese and foreign Green Building & Industrialization experts; to attract authoritative experts for in-depth and continuous discussions on architectural environmental issues facing China and the world ; to collect experts’ recommendations on carbon reduction and sustainable development for China’s construction industry; and to share the Chinese experience with the rest of the world.
We convenes the most outstanding experts, scholars and engineering technicians of the architectural field all over the world.

減少碳排放，支持碳中和的建筑的發(fā)展。
通過(guò)減少消耗、增加回收利用和使用替代水源等戰(zhàn)略提高用水效率 。
通過(guò)卓越的建筑設(shè)計(jì)、施工、使用、可達(dá)性、運(yùn)營(yíng)、維護(hù)和高效規(guī)劃，為人類(lèi)謀取健康和福祉。
追求零浪費(fèi)的目標(biāo)，使用生命周期思維來(lái)減少、再利用、回收和再循環(huán)，同時(shí)強(qiáng)調(diào)負(fù)責(zé)任的設(shè)計(jì)、生產(chǎn)、采購(gòu)和消費(fèi)。
支持智能建筑和其他技術(shù)的使用和進(jìn)步，以實(shí)現(xiàn)可持續(xù)性、健康和適應(yīng)力目標(biāo)。

Decrease carbon emissions and support growth of carbon neutral buildings.
Improve water efficiency through the adoption of strategies including reducing water consumption, increasing recycling, and using alternative sources of water.
Strive for the health and well-being of mankind by excellant architechural design, construction, applicaiton, accessibility, operation, maintenance, and efficient planning.
Seek zero-waste goal. Apply life-cycle thinking of reducing, reusing, and recycling. Emphasize responsible design, production, purchasing, and consumption.
Support the use and improvement of smart buildings and other technology to achieve sustainability, health, and adaptability objectives .
Provide diverse, equitable, and comprehensive guality education for all levels of learners.

Our work
綠色建筑&建筑工業(yè)化智庫(kù)的主要任務(wù)是：
-開(kāi)展綠色建筑和建筑工業(yè)化理論研究和實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)交流；
-主辦學(xué)術(shù)會(huì)議和專(zhuān)題討論會(huì)；
-為行業(yè)發(fā)展提供政策和技術(shù)咨詢(xún)；
-為中外企業(yè)提供綠色建筑與產(chǎn)業(yè)化戰(zhàn)略、政策、技術(shù)、市場(chǎng)等方面的建議；
-為中外企業(yè)提供國(guó)際業(yè)務(wù)拓展和金融財(cái)務(wù)咨詢(xún)；
-編輯出版科技雜志和書(shū)籍；
-組織展覽展示；
-普及科學(xué)知識(shí)；
-推廣先進(jìn)技術(shù)；
-提供持續(xù)的專(zhuān)業(yè)發(fā)展和培訓(xùn)服務(wù)；
-服務(wù)會(huì)員和全體工程技術(shù)人員，成為全體會(huì)員的家園。
The main tasks of China Green Building & Industrialization Think Tank are：
- Develop the Green Building & Industrialization theoretical research and the exchange of practical experience;
- Organize academic exchanges and symposiums;
- Provide policy and technical consultancy for the industry development;
- Advise on strategies, policies, technologies and markets of green building and industrialization for Chinese and foreign companies;
- Provide international business development and financial consultancy for domestic and foreigh companies;
- Edit and publish scientific and technical magazines and books;
- Organize exhibitions and trade shows;
- Popularize scientific knowledge;
- Promote professional knowledge the advanced technology;
- Provide the continuous professional development and training service;
- Provide homely services for all members and engineering technicians;
